Reading a product page
The selected option, listed contents and published measurements define the offered item. Photographic styling objects are excluded unless the listing expressly includes them. Capacities are vessel specifications, not guarantees of drink yield.
Check equipment fit and filter compatibility before buying. A material name does not establish direct-heat, microwave or dishwasher suitability. Use each tool according to its supplied instructions and the product’s stated limits.
Prices and ordering
Prices are stated in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown before payment. A bag is saved for your convenience and is not an accepted order or stock reservation.
An order requires a successful payment and confirmation. If checkout is unavailable or cannot provide valid terms, it will not show a successful payment. We may contact you about an error, an unavailable item or a delivery issue and explain the available correction or refund.
Delivery and aftercare
The Shipping page describes charges, destinations, the 3:00 p.m. Eastern cutoff and estimated handling and transit. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. The Returns and refunds page describes the 60-day request window and how to obtain return instructions.
Contact us promptly if an item is incorrect, incomplete or damaged. The business address is a contact address and does not authorize a return shipment.
