Information used for a requested service

Browsing can produce technical request data such as IP address, browser information and requested pages. When you contact us, we use the details you submit to answer the question. Do not include card numbers, passwords or unrelated sensitive information.

An order requires contact, delivery, item and payment-reference information. Payment data is handled through the payment service presented at checkout when that service is enabled. A saved bag by itself does not place an order.

Storage and providers

The site uses browser storage to keep your bag and essential order-access state. Clearing site storage can remove those saved choices. Cloudflare provides hosting, D1 order-data storage, content delivery and security. Optional advertising and analytics are not enabled.

The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not submit the message to the site. Customer-care emails are used to answer your request. We retain information only as necessary to provide the requested service, address support and security needs, and meet applicable legal recordkeeping obligations.

Whop provides checkout for physical goods and processes the payment and related contact and transaction information needed for an order. Payment details are handled through its payment service.

Shopify stores an operational copy of order details for fulfillment. Dianxiaomi supports order processing, supplier dispatch and shipment tracking. These providers receive the order reference, selected items, recipient contact and delivery details, and shipment updates needed to fulfill and support your order.

Resend sends Robert Harrison order confirmations, shipment notifications and requested secure order-access links. To deliver them, it processes the recipient email address and email content, including relevant order references, purchased items and amounts, shipment and tracking details, or a private access link. Technical delivery records help operate and troubleshoot email delivery. These are service messages about your order or requested access, not a marketing subscription. Do not share private order links.

Requests and choices

You can ask about your personal information, request a correction or deletion, or ask about rights that apply where you live by contacting customer care. We may need sufficient information to verify a request. Some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.

Browser settings can control local storage and cookies. Blocking essential storage can affect the bag and secure order access. Optional advertising and analytics are not enabled.

Security and updates

Order access is limited using the storefront’s authorization controls. No security measure makes transmission or storage risk-free. We review this notice when the actual services or data use change.
