Destinations and charge
Standard shipping is $5.99 per order to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories or international destinations. There is no free-shipping threshold.
Processing and delivery
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is 3–6 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimate of 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
The order cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York), Monday through Friday. An order received before cutoff is considered within that day’s handling window; this does not promise same-day dispatch. Orders received later enter the next business-day window.
Your parcel
Items dispatch from the fulfillment location assigned by our supplier for the order. Import duties are included. Any applicable checkout tax is shown before payment. Multi-item orders may travel in separate parcels.
A dispatch notice and the tracking page use actual shipment information. An order confirmation alone does not mean a parcel has been handed to a carrier.
Address changes, delays and loss
Contact customer care promptly about an incorrect address. A correction depends on whether the parcel has entered processing or dispatch. We will explain the available option before any additional charge.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will explain the delay and offer a revised estimate or cancellation of the unshipped goods for a refund. Contact us when tracking appears stalled or delivery is missed so the parcel can be investigated. Your statutory rights are not restricted by these steps.
