Refund policy

At Robert Harrison, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we've made our return and refund process as simple as possible.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with all tags still attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt. Items returned outside of this window or not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, personalised or custom-made products, and hygiene-sensitive items such as underwear.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at support@robert-harrison.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns such as a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels and recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or product, please initiate a return for the original item by contacting support@robert-harrison.com. Once your return has been approved, simply place a new order for the item you would like. This ensures faster processing and accurate stock management.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please get in touch with us straight away at support@robert-harrison.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or store credit. Return shipping costs in these cases will be covered by us.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery in line with this policy.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact us.
