Shipping & Delivery
Processing takes 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery takes 3–6 business days after your order ships. The total estimated time from order to delivery is 4–8 business days.
Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders. Every order includes a tracking code so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on your location and service availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also monitor your order via the Track Order page on our website.
Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier service disruptions, severe weather, high seasonal volumes, or other circumstances outside of our control. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will arrange re-shipment once you contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. If you are unable to locate your order, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at support@robert-harrison.com. We will do our best to assist.
Returns & Refunds
You can return items within 60 days of delivery. Returned items must be:
- New and unused, unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Email support@robert-harrison.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send you return instructions and shipping details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns such as a change of mind. However, if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked service. There are no restocking fees.
We do not process direct exchanges. Please request a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you would like.
Please contact us straight away with your order number and photos if possible. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are sent to our warehouse for processing. If your order has already been packed or shipped, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to post the funds. If it has been more than 10 business days since approval, please get in touch.
